- Reference Verification: Contractors must provide project-specific commercial references, which are thoroughly independently verified.
- Insurance Compliance: Participants must meet stringent insurance requirements and submit up-to-date COI – all coverage amounts are verified.
- Financial Stability: Contractors are assessed to ensure they meet specific financial criteria and are prepared to handle jobs of appropriate size and scope.
Fee Structure and Compensation
Upon successfully qualifying for our program, companies are required to pay a fee that covers the costs associated with our in-depth qualification assessments. This structure allows us to provide our services to commercial property owners at no direct cost, thereby adding significant value. Most companies compensate us on a commission basis, earning us a fee when they secure a new client through our platform and/or a percentage of the revenue from jobs obtained via our services.
